N.E.S.T is a team of English-speaking, mental health professionals based in the Geneva area. We each have our particular background, experience and specialization and are united in a common goal to reach out to the community; to create a platform for exchange and growth. 

Our primary goal is to network with the English-speaking community via discussion groups and workshops. We aim to create opportunities for connection, communication, dialog and a sense of community among individuals, couples and families who would feel more comfortable speaking and interacting in English.

Although transitions and change are a normal part of life, at times things pile up and overwhelm our ability to cope. In families and intimate relationships, individual members may have competing needs as a result of being at different life cycle stages. International moves can be exciting and stressful at the same time: Having to learn a new language, adapt to a new culture and create a new life, while away from “home,” friends and family, can be challenging. At these times a sense of community and support can be invaluable.
